With an appointment, time reserved for you the client is valued. Adjustments, if can be accommodated, and/or cancellations accepted up to 24-48 hours before scheduled appointment. Within 24 hours of service, cancellations will be charged 50% of deposit or additional fee applied with next service appointment.
Cancellation SAME DAY or NO-SHOWS will result in NON REFUNDABLE deposits! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
A deposit applied on select services, must be payed at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Deposit fee is applied towards the cost of service!
Communication is key, please inform me if you are running late to your appointment. Human myself, mindful of circumstances, a 15-25min grace period depending on service. After 30mins, a $15 late fee applied to service if appointment can be accommodated, if not, appointment will need to be rescheduled with fee applied.
Cancellation policy allows time to inform clients of availability and fill opening, if you forget or don't cancel in enough notice the opportunity is lost. The late policy allows a grace to make your appointment late, rather cancel or reschedule, based on service. Thank you for your support and understanding!
Every client should leave feeling beautiful, confident, & slayed; for any reason you are displeased or unsatisfied with the results of your hairstyle, I as the stylist is to be informed within 48 hours of service and necessary corrections will be made at no additional charge to the client. There are NO refunds issued!!
